I called on Monday and ended up having to drive to a further location to have a top stylists "look" at it. Then had to wait to hear back on what the salon would do to help me. Had to drive back to the further location again the next day only to get the ends cleaned up which meant more cutting. The stylist "fixing" it was very knowledgable and nice but admitted nothing could be done of course to give me back the hair that was cut off.
